First Time Visiting?

No worries - we try to keep things pretty straightforward around here. When you arrive, just come through the front door and one of us will be right with you. If we're under a car, give a holler - we don't bite.

Bring along any service records you've got for your vehicle. Helps us understand what's been done and what might need attention. And if there's a specific issue, try to remember when it started happening - that stuff's usually pretty helpful.

Response Times

We usually get back to emails and form submissions within a couple hours during business hours. Phone calls we answer right away unless we're all tied up - then it goes to voicemail and we'll call back soon as someone's free.

After hours or weekends? We'll see your message first thing Monday morning (or Tuesday after long weekends). For genuine emergencies, call the main line - it forwards to one of us if it's serious.
